Your lifestyle is an approximate indicator of your required daily Kcal intake. Simply choose one of the 4 typical lifestyles below. They vary between 3 and 5 meals per day for six days a week.

We cook

We properly balance, cook and pack your meal. You don’t need to bother about lunch or dinner, because we offer a complete set of meals for the day. We weekly-alternate our Mindful, Serenity and Delightful menu. Every day and every meal intake is different.

You receive your meals

Delivered twice a week (every Wednesday and Sunday) your meals arrive cooked at your door in special, microwave-friendly numbered containers, so that you know what to consume each day.
